Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionJob Summary:

The production associate may have responsibilities including manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, machine operations and shipping of transducers and probes to internal and external customers.

As a Production Support Specialist your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
  • Maintains daily production output.
  • Performs basic manufacturing/assembly/refurbishment operations.
  • Complete basic troubleshooting
  • Ensure manufacturing documentation is correct/current.
  • Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
  • Participates in quality control inspections when required.
  • Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
  • Work with team to improve quality and reduce cycle time.
  • Participate in 55S activities led by team lead/management.
  • May assist with training peers when required.
Required Skills/Abilities/Work Scope
  • Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.
  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details and quality-minded work habits.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.

  • Prolonged periods standing and walking.
  • Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
  • Must be able to visually inspect machines.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
