  • Help prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Jump in wherever needed to help keep operations moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate enjoys learning technical products and communicating confidently with customers, engineers, purchasing professionals, and production personnel.

You should have:

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Experience processing purchase orders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable speaking with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Experience supporting purchasing, operations, or production departments
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional attitude with a positive, team-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

  • Manufacturing operations
  • Purchasing or procurement
  • Production scheduling
  • Industrial equipment or machine tool manufacturing
  • Inventory control
  • Vendor management
  • Customer order management
  • Technical documentation
  • Shipping and logistics coordination

What Makes This Opportunity Different

This is a highly visible position where you'll work directly with nearly every department in the organization.

You'll become the "go-to" person who helps keep projects, customers, and operations moving smoothly.

If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and being an important part of a growing manufacturing operation, you'll find this role incredibly rewarding.
