Job description

The Refrigeration Installation Foreman/Supervisor is responsible for supervising commercial refrigeration installation projects, leading crews, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
This position requires up to 100% travel throughout the service region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise refrigeration installation crews.
  • Plan and assign daily work.
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure code compliance and quality.
  • Train and mentor technicians.
  • Maintain documentation.
  • Communicate with customers and project managers.
  • Support startup and commissioning.
  • Promote teamwork and accountability.
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 7+ years commercial refrigeration installation experience.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
