Job description

Manpower is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our team! The Onsite Coordinator works onsite at our client location, serving as the liaison between Manpower and our financial services client. This individual would ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to workforce management. This role is responsible for supporting client needs, managing temporary employees, onboarding new associates, completing daily staffing and maintaining high levels of service and compliance.

Job Title: Onsite Coordinator

Location: Willard, OH

Pay Range: $23 per hour

Shift: Combination of mid shift/ 2nd shift: 11am - 7:00pm  - 2nd shift 3pm-12am

What's the Job?

  • Complete daily staffing for the client
  • Keep up to date records of associate compliances
  • Onboard new associates in preparation for peak
  • Daily maintenance of tracking spreadsheets
  • Monitor employee performance and address issues such as attendance, conduct, and productivity
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates
  • Ability to work some Saturdays during peak timeframe
