Job description

The Senior Manpower & Data Analytics Integrator provides advanced workforce analytics, manpower analysis, and enterprise data integration support to the Georgia Army National Guard Human Resources Office (HRO). The position serves as the primary subject matter expert responsible for developing, integrating, maintaining, and enhancing workforce management data products that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
The successful candidate will leverage multiple Army and DoD personnel systems to create actionable business intelligence solutions, improve data quality, automate reporting processes, and provide leadership with timely workforce analytics and manpower insights.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Analytics & Reporting
  • Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive suite of manpower and workforce analytics products.
  • Analyze personnel, manpower, staffing, recruiting, retention, and workforce readiness data.
  • Create executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports supporting organizational decision-making.
Data Integration & Business Intelligence
  • Integrate data from multiple Army and DoD systems into consolidated reporting environments.
  • Develop data models and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  • Identify trends, gaps, anomalies, and opportunities through advanced analytics.
Human Resources Systems Support
  • Utilize and analyze data from:
    • Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)
    • Full-Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS)
    • General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
    • Other Army and National Guard manpower systems
  • Support workforce planning and manpower allocation initiatives.
Dashboard Development
  • Build interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
  • Create executive briefing products and leadership reports.
  • Design user-friendly reporting tools for HR and organizational leadership.
Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Conduct manpower studies and workforce assessments.
  • Analyze workforce utilization and staffing requirements.
  • Provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Support long-range workforce planning initiatives.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.
  • Develop and document reporting methodologies.
  • Establish data quality standards and best practices.
  • Maintain reporting documentation and business rules.
Stakeholder Support
  • Collaborate with Human Resources personnel, leadership, and functional stakeholders.
  • Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce analytics, manpower analysis, business intelligence, or data integration.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and analytical products.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, reporting, and visualization techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with:
    • General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
    • Full-Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS)
