Job description

A commercial electrical contractor serving the Raleigh-Durham area is seeking a Superintendent to oversee multiple active jobsites and lead a team of foremen. This role is ideal for someone who has run commercial electrical projects from the field and is ready to take on broader oversight across several sites at once.
Superintendent Responsibilities
- Oversee 2 to 3 foremen across multiple active commercial electrical jobsites
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower, and progress across sites in the RDU and greater NC State region
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site level electrical issues and field decisions
- Review project plans and ensure work aligns with specifications and timelines
- Support and mentor foremen and crews to keep quality and safety standards high
- Communicate regularly with project management on job status and any roadblocks
- Travel between job sites as needed throughout the week
Superintendent Requirements
- Proven experience as a commercial electrical site lead, foreman, or superintendent
- Strong working knowledge of commercial electrical systems and site operations
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus
