YOU WILL BE:
As a Manager of Retail Performance and Store Operations, you are responsible for driving operational performance to maximize sales and profitability in their store. You lead execution of the Operational Excellence strategy focusing on efficiency, productivity and profitability while enhancing the customer experience to improve sales performance. In this role, you report to the Sr. Manager, Retail Performance and Store Operations and work in a Neiman Marcus store location.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Executes to compliance of all SOP / directives for Operations, Loss Prevention, Finance, Accounting and any other function.
  • Oversees execution of daily store operations tasks, including:
  • Merchandise handling, transfers, pricing, and processing of inbound / outbound freight
  • Timely fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders
  • Inventory control and accuracy processes
  • Training, implementing, and sustaining of process optimization standards
  • In partnership with Sr. RPSO Manager, manages support team labor, scheduling, and staffing
  • Flexes resources, processes, and priorities to maximize operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Maintains stockroom organization standards and supports salesfloor replenishment
  • Collaborates with Sales Managers and Visual to give associate direction on merchandising and sale set up/signage, ensuring standards are followed.
  • Partners with Brand Experience, Visual and Sales Leaders on the set up / take down of the instore events and activations.
  • Manages performance of direct team, trains and coaches on all operational procedures, processes and associate productivity
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Proven track record achieving business results
  • History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives
  • Advanced business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail โ€ข "Win together" mentality
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, advanced proficiency preferred
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
