What You'll Do:
  • Perform administrative support for engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Provide direct support, including but not limited to communication and translation, to engineers, project teams, construction specialists, specialized trades, and management on construction sites (both non-cleanroom and cleanroom areas) and in office environments.
  • Organize, update, and maintain comprehensive construction and engineering documentation and status reports, ensuring all digital and paper records are accurate, current, and readily retrievable.
  • Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances, defects, or deviations from quality and safety standards in both construction and cleanroom areas.
  • Participate in regular cleanroom and safety training as required.

What you'll bring:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in translation and interpretation or working in a bilingual environment, preferably in an industrial or construction setting.
  • Minimum 1 year of Upper-intermediate proficiency (B2 level) in Mandarin and English.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer, organizational, and record-keeping skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
