Role: Project Manager / Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid (Arlington, VA)

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support governance, communications, and operational alignment for a high-visibility technology program. This role ensures smooth execution of Program Management Review (PMR) sessions while producing clear, professional executive communications and technical content that support decision-making across the organization. This role will have project management and team coordination responsibilities supporting leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate Program Management Review (PMR) sessions, including agendas, pre-reads, action tracking, and follow-up
  • Develop polished executive-level communications: summaries, talking points, leadership updates, and briefing materials
  • Produce high-quality technical writing such as process documentation, SOPs, system overviews, and technical summaries
  • Consolidate program data into clear dashboards, presentations, and narrative-driven reports
  • Collaborate with program and workstream leads to ensure accurate, timely milestone, risk, and progress reporting
  • Facilitate key customer meetings and track efforts, initiatives, and coordinate key personnel

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or Professional Communication
  • 5+ years supporting large Government customer
  • 2+ years coordinating large groups
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Experience supporting PMRs, governance boards, or senior-leadership forums
  • Background in digital transformation or enterprise technology programs
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 8-5pm Eastern. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. On-site with the customer weekly, along with weekly in the office.

PAY RANGE

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on geographic work location, relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, security clearance, and contract requirements. Geographic salary ranges are determined in accordance with the company's compensation practices and represent a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.
