Job description

Purpose of the Role
As a Division Manager with AquaSafe, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, well-managed pool facilities and delivering exceptional client service. You'll oversee operations for a portfolio of aquatic facilities, drive profitable growth, and lead a team of supervisors and staff to uphold our mission of safety and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned pool facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve annual renewal and growth goals.
  • Identify and close opportunities in service, renovation, and management sales.
  • Lead and participate in staff training, with an emphasis on safety and compliance.
  • Partner with local health departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Direct and support Area Pool Supervisors during peak season (March-September).
  • Perform additional leadership and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (pool/property management, construction, landscaping) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management and sales.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
  • Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and email platforms.
  • Availability for longer hours and occasional Saturdays during peak season.
Compensation & Benefits

Additional Details
