Store Manager

Job Description

Summary of Position

Manages and markets Pizza Loca establishment by performing the following duties personally or through an Assistant Manager, being able to take over any position without previous notice.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervises all daily operations of the store, including but not limited to:

Taking of guest orders via phone, in-person, and internet

Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times

Create and manage store schedule and act upon restaurant staffing needs

Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

Assist cashiers on customer orders

Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurants recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.

Cleaning and operation of store equipment

Cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the store

Incoming delivery of inventory and supplies

Effectively implements, maintains, and corrects (if necessary) processes and procedures for the following, in accordance with thePizza Loca standards

Enforces Food safety practices that comply with federal, state, and local regulations

In charge of all cash handling and money procedures at the store

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age.

Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers.

Restaurant Management experienced preferred but not required.

Other Requirements

Full time availability including weekends and nigh time shifts

Take and fill orders

Exceptional leadership skills

Manage sums of money daily

Communicate with the customers in a professional manner

Assist with clean-up of the store

Have use of a properly maintained, licensed, and street-legal vehicle capable of driving in case it is needed

Maintain minimal or higher insurance coverage as mandated by state law, in case it needs to assist with doing deliveries

Maintain an acceptable driving record as stipulated by company policy and insurance carrier.

Be able to work in a sitting while driving, standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions.

Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Have exceptional grooming and hygiene habits.
