Job description

Annual salary range: $103,854.40 min. - $150,592.00 max.
Reporting to the Radiology Department Director, this position provides health care services, exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Applies appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the patient experience. The position will be responsible for financial management and planning of on-going operations, patient education, staff education, and patient relations. The position will also be responsible for equipment management to include new programs and advancement in women's imaging, MQSA, state and federal guidelines up to and including the updating of CPT codes on an annual basis. The position will also require the manager to maintain patient care to applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment to facilitate patient care in absence of other staff.
Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:
  1. Bachelors' degree preferred
  2. Three years' experience in a Lead role required

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
  1. Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
  2. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Mammography (ARRT-M) required
  3. Current Mammography Certification by the state of California required
  4. Current BLS (American Heart Association) Certification required
  5. MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
