As a Manager at Verizon Wireless Zone, you are the linchpin of our store's sales efforts. You dont just guide the direction; you lead by example, setting the highest standard in sales performance. Your commitment to being the store's sales leader and "rainmaker" is pivotal. Secondary to your personal sales achievements, you play an essential role in developing the team to realize their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Mastery:

  • Consistently set and surpass benchmarks, while motivating your team to do the same.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and dedication within the sales team, ensuring alignment with store objectives.
  • Lead by example, showcasing unparalleled sales prowess and instilling a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure sales metrics are consistently achieved, setting the benchmark for the team.
Team Development:

  • Identify strengths and areas of improvement within the sales team, offering tailored coaching and feedback.
  • Develop and conduct regular training plans and sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge, ensuring the team is equipped to excel.

Operational Excellence:
