Labcorp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Incentive Compensation Systems (Varicent ICM) with accountability for Product ownership, Platform strategy, Delivery leadership, Production support, Vendor management, Team leadership, Governance and controls in Durham, NC.

Work Schedule:

This is a fulltime, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

Applicants who live within 35 miles of the Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at the assigned location, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Varicent ICM platform

  • Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Manage data integration between Varicent, and other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Workday, data warehouses, and billing systems.

  • Oversee system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features

  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all compensation processes

  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and availability

  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Varicent support as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 or more years' of experience as a manager of Varicent ICM application

  • 6 or more years' of experience designing and implementing Varicent ICM

  • 6 or more years' of experience with Varicent ELT, Composer, Reports and Dashboards and Workflow Configuration

  • 6 or more years' of experience with Varicent Data Modeling, Calculation Engine Design and Optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Varicent Technical Specialist certification

  • 2 or more years' experience with Agile methodologies

  • 1 or more years' experience and familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Territory Planning applications

Additional Job Standards:

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
