The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.
The Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Group (SIG) supports the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center in the acquisition of the LGM-35A Sentinel (GBSD) ICBM weapon system. SIG delivers program management, systems engineering, and subject matter expertise to ensure on-time delivery of a safe, secure, and reliable strategic nuclear weapon system. SIG is conducting an immediate hire for an ICBM Transformation Program Manager at Hill AFB, UT within the Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC) ICBM directorate's newly formed Transformation and Infrastructure Division.
Responsibilities
As a Program Manager within the Transformation and Infrastructure Division, you will support the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of the transition mission. You will serve as a key advisor to the ICBM Directorate executive leadership team and the ISC ICBM Transition Director, ensuring rigorous oversight of cost, schedule, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Oversight: Manage the complex interplay between Minuteman III deactivation and Sentinel deployment planning to ensure seamless operational continuity.
  • Executive Advisory: Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on critical program risks, performance metrics, and strategic milestones.
  • Operational Leadership: Resolve systemic bottlenecks across the four ICBM Site Activation Task Forces and identify/mitigate leadership resource shortfalls.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate a complex matrix environment to gain advocacy and alignment from cross-functional teams and indirect reports.
  • Strategic Communications: Lead the development of high-stakes communications, including Congressional Required Reporting and executive briefings.
  • Organizational Mentorship: Coach and mentor large, multidisciplinary organizations to align their operational outputs with the overarching program goals.
  • Autonomous Execution: Drive task completion and strategic initiatives with minimal oversight, utilizing a self-driven management style to deliver results.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to work Full-Time at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah.
  • Secret (or higher) security clearance, with ability to get a Top Secret/SCI.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ yrs experience (5 yrs with MS) in direct Program Management responsibilities.
  • ICBM experience in acquisition, operations, maintenance, or weapon system sustainment.
  • Experience on military staff at the MAJCOM or higher-level, or corporate staff at the business unit or higher level.
  • Experience with evaluating technical quality, content, and results of all projects.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, multi-discipline team environment, able to define strategic goals, plan operations and implement tactical customer guidance with minimal day-to-day guidance.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Program Management Professional Certification.
