  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere IT-Services stabil laufen und SLAs konsequent eingehalten werden
  • Du bist Eskalationsinstanz fur kritische Incidents - behaltst den Uberblick, steuerst die Losung und gehst Ursachen nachhaltig auf den Grund
  • Du analysierst Service-KPIs, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt Verbesserungen aktiv um
  • Du arbeitest nach ITIL-Standards und entwickelst unsere Serviceprozesse kontinuierlich weiter (Incident, Problem, Change)
  • Du fuhrst ein Team von 4-6 Mitarbeitenden, entwickelst Talente und schaffst ein leistungsstarkes, motiviertes Umfeld
  • Du stimmst Dich eng mit regionalen Stakeholdern ab und sorgst dafur, dass IT und operativer Parkbetrieb perfekt zusammenspielen
  • Du steuerst externe Dienstleister und stellst eine hohe Servicequalitat sicher

  • IT-Ausbildung oder Studium - Hauptsache, Du weit, wovon Du sprichst
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in IT Operations / IT Support, inklusive Fuhrungserfahrung
  • Routine in Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management nach ITIL
  • Tiefes Verstandnis fur EUC, POS-Landschaften und Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen
  • Souveraner Umgang mit ITSM-Tools (ServiceNow? Sehr gerne.)
  • ITIL Foundation ist ein Plus
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst Du sicher
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, detailgenau und verlasslich - ohne Dich im Klein-Klein zu verlieren
