Hiring: Experienced Remote Customer Service Representatives (U.S. Only / Tech-Savvy) Virginia Beach, United States | Posted on 05/19/2026 Are you a tech‐savvy professional looking to leverage your skills in a high‐standard remote environment? We are looking for experienced Remote Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls for diverse clients.

If you take pride in a seamless digital setup and top‐tier service, we want to hear from you. The Setup (Mandatory) OS: Windows 11 ONLY. Memory: 16 GB RAM minimum (Desktop or Laptop).

No Chromebooks or Macs. Network: Dedicated hardwired internet connection. Gear: Dual monitors and a noise‐canceling USB headset.

Your Role Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on accuracy and quality. Meet and exceed performance metrics to unlock rapid advancement. Enjoy the freedom of self‐scheduling (includes evenings and weekends).

Pay: $12–$15/hour + performance‐based increases. Residency: Must reside in the U.S. State Exclusions: We do not contract in CA, CO, CT, DC, IL, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, VT, WA, or WI.
