Job description

A successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, lead the store in the absence of the manager, and work with staff effectively. A background in food service and/or other front line management is preferred.
We are in search of a candidate who is excited and has experience in food service. This candidate must have an understanding of food service, have the ability to supervise other employees, understand the importance of quality service and be willing to teach/educate other employees on best practices and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Propose innovative ideas to increase
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Demonstrate professional behavior and high performance
Responsible for hiring and training new employees as they are hired
Completing weekly schedule for employees
Audit inventory and complete weekly product ordering
Additional store duties as needed
