$60,000 annually

Additional compensation awarded for advanced degrees or bilingual proficiency (Spanish, Haitian Creole or Arabic)

JOB EXPECTATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Position Purpose / Description

The Student Information Specialist reports directly to the Student Data Supervisor.  Areas of responsibility include:

  • Coordinating and conducting State DOE reporting
  • Reviewing data accuracy of state reports
  • Monitoring Skyward software updates
  • Monitoring and maintaining continuity of Skyward data entry
  • Creating exports/imports/integrations for third party applications and providing support when needed
  • Assisting with custom forms and reports
  • Assisting with ongoing Skyward training for building personnel
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience with IDOE State Reporting
  • Skyward SMS or Qmlativ experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems required.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent record keeping skills are mandatory.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required or 3-5 years experience working with student information systems, school records, data management, or related administrative systems.
