Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Compensation & Analytics plays a critical role in shaping and optimizing Kaseya's sales compensation strategy within a high-growth recurring revenue environment. This position sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, HR, and GTM Operations, leveraging data, analytics, and financial modeling to drive compensation plan effectiveness and ARR growth. The role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, supporting compensation plan design, and building scalable reporting infrastructure that enables executive decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain compensation analytics models to measure quota attainment, incentive payouts, plan effectiveness, and ARR-related performance metrics.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Lead quarterly and ad hoc analyses of compensation plan performance, identifying anomalies and recommending program enhancements.
  • Support the design and modeling of compensation plans, including OTE economics, affordability analyses, sensitivity modeling, and quota framework development.
  • Contribute to Annual Operating Planning (AOP) activities and sales compensation planning initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and enterprise data sources including Snowflake, Salesforce, Captivate IQ, and HRIS platforms.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards, reporting documentation, naming conventions, and version control processes.
  • Create and maintain compensation documentation, including standard operating procedures, plan documents, executive presentations, FAQs, and change management communications.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and GTM Operations to ensure compensation programs effectively support business objectives and growth strategies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales compensation analytics, FP&A, sales operations, revenue operations, or strategic analytics, preferably within a SaaS or recurring revenue business.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing compensation, quota attainment, or incentive performance data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive insights from complex datasets and recommend business solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to executive and senior leadership audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with ARR-based compensation plans and recurring revenue business models.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, Captivate IQ, or similar Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms.
  • Proficiency with Python or other data analytics and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, compensation administration, or workforce planning systems.
  • Experience supporting annual compensation planning, quota setting, and financial forecasting processes.
  • Knowledge of compensation governance, compliance, documentation, and audit controls.
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered productivity and analytics tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively across HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
