Job description

Position Summary The Store Operations Lead is a key operational role responsible for ensuring consistent execution of store operations that support a seamless customer experience and strong business performance. This position plays a critical role in validating daytoday operational work and maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational standards across the store.
The role is primarily executionfocused, with accountability for standardized operational work, inventory integrity, and adherence to established processes. Through consistent application of Standard Work across warehouse coordination, pricing accuracy, and operational reporting, the Store Operations Lead supports brand standards, operational efficiency, and sales performance through reliable, highquality execution and service excellence.Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Executeandvalidatedaily storeoperationsStandard Work to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and customer serviceexpectations.

  • Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and postsale order activities with accuracy and integrity; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, handling discounts, escalations, and system overridesin accordance withpolicy.

  • Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through consistent daily execution; communicate executionrelated observations to store leadership to support service and operational consistency.

  • Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving and de-escalation techniquestomaintainsatisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintainaccurateinventory by performing receiving, storage, cycle counts, and product transfers; execute customer order fulfillment activities, including pickup and delivery processes, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Collaborate with merchandising teams on floor resets, product placement, and visualstandards to uphold brand consistency.

  • Verifyaccurateproduct pricing and pointofpurchase signage by conducting audits to confirm pricing accuracy, signage placement, and inventory integrity; correctdiscrepancies promptly.

  • Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling functions toidentifyerrors, track performance, and support corrective action through execution validation, efficiency, and compliance

Qualifications

Education/Experience:High School Diploma or GED equivalentrequired. Minimum3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.High volume experience is preferred.Equivalentcombination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs.Experience with operational reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.40

Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
