You are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the store. You will lead, motivate, and manage operations associate(s) while maintaining our high customer service levels and operational excellence. Your role will include managing inventory through its accuracy and timely flow of all incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring operational compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards, growing sales through operational store support, and driving your team to meet company metrics.
