  • Lead safety stand-downs and corrective coaching when necessary.
  • Serve as a trusted safety resource for field personnel.

Training & Employee Development (Approximately 15%)

  • Deliver engaging toolbox talks, orientations, and refresher training.
  • Develop training content specific to plumbing, excavation, confined space, trenching, traffic control, water, sewer, and utility work.
  • Identify trends from job-site audits and create targeted training initiatives.

What We're Looking For - Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
  • Experience working in one or more in Plumbing, Underground utilities, Water and sewer construction, Excavation and trenching, Heavy civil construction, and Mechanical construction
  • Experience conducting job site audits and field observations.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to influence crews, supervisors, and managers at all levels.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 500, OSHA 510, CHST, CSP, ASP, or similar certifications.
