Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units
  • Diagnose issues, replace parts and perform preventative maintenance
  • Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas
  • Performing start-up of equipment
  • Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools
  • Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company
  • Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets
  • Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
  • Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck
Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • 1-2 years working in the Residential HVAC Installation Field
  • Knowledge of HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions
  • EPA Certification & TDLR
  • Experience with Service Titan highly preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
  • Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
  • Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently
