Job description

The Farm Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of essential tasks involved in cultivating and producing vegetables, fruit, and mixed crops. Working within a small team of 2-5 workers, this role requires heavy physical labor and endurance to ensure the efficient harvesting, irrigation, and maintenance of healthy crops. The Farm Laborer will also utilize basic tools to assist with fieldwork and help pack produce for distribution.

Responsibilities
