Opportunity Summary
AIRS Medical seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales, finance, and operations. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting end-to-end sales lifecycle, maintaining data integrity within our CRM (i.e., Salesforce), and contract management/support.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration & Management
  • Generate client contracts, renewals, and amendments using established contract templates.
  • Review contract inputs for accuracy, ensuring pricing, terms, and custom clauses align with approved deal structures in collaboration with the Sales and Legal team.
  • Manage the digital signature process, routing agreements to the correct internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track contract status and proactively follow up on delayed signatures to ensure swift execution.

Salesforce Administration & Operations
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, opportunities, and contract data within Salesforce to ensure a "single source of truth."
  • Execute tasks related to the customer and opportunity management within Salesforce.
  • Manage the Salesforce lifecycle with the guidance from the Sales and Customer Success Team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or relevant academic background
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the role

Skills:
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle delicate financial and payment conversations with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when entering data and reviewing legal/financial templates.
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize urgent contract requests alongside routine collection workflows.
