What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Manager, Business Operations, to support our GTM Organization. This individual will lead a team of Business Operations Analysts while also contributing strategically and operationally to key revenue initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical expertise with proven people leadership skills and excels in a highly matrixed environment. This role requires the ability to coach and develop talent, drive cross-functional alignment, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Operations Analysts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
  • Manage intake and prioritization of leadership requests, ensuring alignment with business prioritiesand quality standards for deliverables.
  • Oversee target and quota setting processes, including ownership of annual quota planning and alignment with companyobjectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering insights and recommendations that influence decisionโ€‘makingand sales performance.
  • Define and oversee KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to monitor business health and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, pipeline trends, and forecasting accuracy, ensuring high-quality, actionable insights.
  • Serve as a key liaison across Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations, Finance, RevOps, and other internal teams to deliver business reviews, insights, and recommendations.
  • Champion the use of AI tools and automation to enhance reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Need to be Successful
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, finance, analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of people management experience.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing highโ€‘performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemโ€‘solving abilities, with a balance of strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead through ambiguity in a fastโ€‘paced environment.
  • Experience working in crossโ€‘functional, matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with AIโ€‘driven tools and technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms) and their application in business operations.
