Job description

  • Support the preparation, review, and administration of production-related agreements, including talent, vendor, production company, photographer, music, influencer, and location agreements
  • Coordinate licensing and usage rights for photography, music, video, stock assets, and other creative content
  • Assist with SAG-AFTRA and Non-Union documentation, talent payments, session tracking, and production paperwork, as applicable
  • Partner with Production teams to support estimates, scopes of work, vendor onboarding, and production planning
  • Review contracts and statements of work for completeness and identify questions for the Business Affairs Manager
  • Maintain organized contract files, rights documentation, and expiration tracking
  • Coordinate certificates of insurance, production documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with legal requests, intellectual property documentation, and advertising compliance research
  • Support continuous improvements to Business Affairs processes and workflows
  • Partner with Business Affairs, Production, Creative, Account Management, Finance, and Legal teams from project kickoff through final delivery
  • Help ensure projects move forward efficiently while minimizing risk
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in business affairs, production, legal operations, contract administration, project coordination, or a related advertising, media, or entertainment environment
  • Familiarity with commercial production, contracts, licensing, or intellectual property is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAG-AFTRA and Non-Union, music licensing, influencer agreements, or commercial production
  • Basic knowledge on the Extreme Reach platform
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with sound judgment
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects
  • Ability to communicate clearly and proactively
