Operations Manager – Residential HVAC

Location: Sonoma County, CA
Compensation: $130,000–$180,000 + Performance Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing residential HVAC company in Sonoma County is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its field operations and help drive the next phase of growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and creating scalable systems that support long-term success.

This is not a maintenance role. We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people, implementing processes, driving accountability, and leading multiple departments toward shared goals.

Responsibilities

You will oversee the daily operations of:

  • Installation Department

  • Service Department

  • Sales Team

  • Warehouse and Inventory

  • Fleet Coordination

  • Scheduling and Field Productivity

  • Quality Assurance

  • KPI Tracking and Performance Reporting

  • Hiring, coaching, and developing department leaders

  • Process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

Your primary objective is to ensure every department operates cohesively, delivering exceptional service while maximizing productivity and profitability.
