ABOUT THE ROLE (Onsite - Alpharetta, GA)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Operations to lead and scale our revenue operations function. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to drive predictable revenue growth, streamline go-to-market processes, and build an analytics-driven operating model. The Director will design and implement systems, processes, and reporting that enable the business to forecast accurately, operate efficiently, and continuously improve conversion and retention across the customer lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and build the Revenue Operations team, providing coaching, prioritization, and clear execution plans to support company growth goals.

  • Own revenue operations strategy and roadmap across sales, marketing, and customer success, aligning operational priorities to business objectives.

  • Design and optimize end-to-end lead-to-cash processes, including lead routing, qualification, pricing governance, quote-to-cash, contract lifecycle, and renewals.

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models, pipeline hygiene standards, and CRM best practices to drive predictable monthly and quarterly revenue performance.

  • Implement metrics, dashboards, and self-service analytics that provide timely insights for GTM leaders and executives.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure revenue recognition, billing, and commission processes are accurate and scalable.

  • Evaluate, select, and manage GTM technology stack (CRM, RevOps tooling, marketing automation, CPQ, billing) and own integrations and data integrity across systems.

  • Lead cross-functional projects to remove friction, increase conversion rates, and improve customer retention and lifetime value.

  • Establish and enforce SLAs, playbooks, and governance that ensure consistency and operational excellence across go-to-market teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy, or related GTM operational roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.

  • Proven track record building and scaling RevOps functions at high-growth, data-driven organizations.

  • Deep operational knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), marketing automation, CPQ, billing systems, and data warehouses.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building forecasts, dashboards, and complex models using SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).

  • Experience owning lead-to-revenue processes, quote-to-cash, commission models, and revenue recognition best practices.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate strategy into execution.

  • A results-oriented mindset with strong project management skills and attention to operational detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapting processes for scale.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A Strategic Operator who can translate high-level business goals into measurable operational plans and repeatable processes.

  • Data-Driven—you prioritize evidence and measurement, and you build systems that make good decisions repeatable.

  • A Collaborative Partner who proactively aligns Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance through clear frameworks and communication.

  • An Execution-Focused Leader who balances long-term systems thinking with the urgency of near-term revenue goals.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Competitive Compensation

  • Health & Wellness Coverage

  • Generous Paid Time Off

  • 401(k) with 5% Company Match

  • Monthly Lifestyle Stipends, Employee Recognition programs, and Referral Bonuses.
