Job description

Manager, Revenue Operations – Remote (Canada)

About Us

HirexHire (pronounced hire by hire) is a Chicago-based recruiting and talent consultancy that integrates with companies short-term to provide long-term talent solutions. We take a seat in our client’s everyday operations to understand their people goals, gaps, and challenges. We then develop and implement the processes and technologies to execute a sustainable and scalable talent plan.

We partner with companies expecting or experiencing high growth who need to hire at scale or fill a critical role rapidly. Our clients are not looking for quick-fix placements but are thoughtfully building a hiring strategy to scale their businesses.

Our Client

Location: Canada

Industry: Series A B2B SaaS / Sports Management

Company Size: <25 FTE

What They Do: Our partner has developed the first AI-powered sports management platform, transforming how recreational sports leagues, clubs, and associations operate. Their software helps organizations eliminate software fees, automate administration, and unlock new revenue opportunities — helping them grow and reinvest in the game.

About the Role

We are searching for our first Revenue Operations Manager to create and maintain our infrastructure and processes across our sales and marketing teams, clean data, create dashboards to report on sales performance as well as other metrics, and ideate and implement solutions with leadership on sales enablement and training initiatives as the company scales.

This role will be in a strategic leadership position and will track and report our sales activity, progress towards business objectives, and develop and implement processes to drive results. Although the role is heavily focused on driving business objectives and strategies, we’re a small team and we wear many hats - you can expect to participate in broader organizational initiatives and have an impact on the growth trajectory of the overall business.

What You Will Do

  • Create and optimize infrastructure and processes in HubSpot and across the current marketing and sales tech stack to build a scalable, repeatable, data driven machine to support sales, marketing, and customer success.

  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on revenue attainment and drivers

  • Analyze data to inform sales targets, quotas, incentives, geos, verticals, and commission structures

  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales, marketing, customer success, and finance organizations

  • Manage strategic projects with key stakeholders to create efficiencies and automation across functions

  • Leverage data and BI tools to develop leading indicator metrics and early warning systems to help ensure the business continually achieves our revenue goals

What You Will Likely Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

  • 3-5+ years of sales or revenue operations experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B software

  • Strong examples of strategic impact building and implemented process and infrastructure for revenue teams, particularly within an early-stage environment

  • Expertise in managing processes within HubSpot or similar CRMs

  • Excellent organization, communication and time management skills

  • Collaborative mindset to effectively work across internal teams
