We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded RevOps Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. The RevOps Analyst will play a key role in optimizing our Customer Success operations to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and process optimization skills.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze customer retention, churn, and expansion trends across ARR, cohorts, segments, and lifecycle stages to surface risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success leaders and Managers to support QBRs, renewals, and account planning through data-driven insights, forecasts, and customer health analysis
  • Own and maintain ARR-related reporting (renewals, upsell, downsell, churn, GRR, NRR), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and executive-ready outputs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of revenue operations processes, guidelines, and policies
  • Uphold governance processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across all systems
  • Support the month-end ARR close process by ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and alignment of customer revenue data.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of novel technologies and tools aligned with revenue operations objectives
  • Facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency and fueling revenue growth
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders from Finance, Customer success, Sales, Marketing, and other departments, fostering a cohesive feedback loop
  • Monitor system activity to ensure adherence to prescribed processes by all users
  • Maintain a holistic perspective of all business processes and user interactions within the system(s), discerning cross-functional impacts and recommending optimizations
  • Provide technical expertise and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges, conducting detailed analysis of technical and business requirements
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives across

Required Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in ARR and retention analytics, with a strong understanding of renewals, churn, expansion, GRR/NRR, and how customer behavior translates into revenue outcomes.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or finance
  • Advanced analytical and systems proficiency, including CRM and CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Churn Zero) and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), with a strong focus on data accuracy and governance.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of effective cross-team collaboration
  • Meticulous organization and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement
  • Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
  • Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
  • Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology

Compensation

The total compensation range for this role is $60,000 CAD to $80,000 CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws in Canada and the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
