Description:

Help Shape the Future of Modern Mobility

Travelpro® is evolving — from a trusted legacy luggage brand into a modern, design-led mobility company built for people constantly in motion.

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to support both the Finance and Operations teams through reporting, analysis, and business insights that help drive operational and financial performance. This role offers broad exposure across financial management, supply chain operations, and business analytics, making it an excellent opportunity to build a well-rounded foundation in finance and operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while helping leadership make informed business decisions.

If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Support Financial & Operational Reporting

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform variance, trend, freight, and duty analyses to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and weekly cash flow processes
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to support operational and financial decision-making
  • Maintain and improve reporting tools, KPIs, spreadsheets, and databases

Drive Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance and Operations teams to support business performance initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and process improvement opportunities
  • Communicate findings clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Support operational reporting and business analytics initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and scalable reporting processes

What Makes You Successful

You are:

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator who can translate data into actionable insights
  • Collaborative and effective working across finance and operations teams
  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn new systems, tools, and processes
Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or analyst roles
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, modeling, and large data sets
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP systems, SQL, Power BI, or business intelligence tools preferred

Why This Role Matters

This role plays an important part in supporting Travelpro’s financial visibility, operational efficiency, and business decision-making.

Your work will directly impact:

  • Financial reporting accuracy and business insights
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
  • Cross-functional collaboration between Finance and Operations
  • Process improvement and reporting scalability
  • The continued evolution of Travelpro’s operational and financial capabilities

This is an opportunity to contribute to a company actively transforming its operations, culture, and brand while building a strong foundation for long-term career growth.

This role is not currently eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future, including sponsorship following OPT or STEM OPT.
