Job Description

As a full-time Auto Adjuster for the Company, Employee's duties shall include, but not be limited to: (1) responsibility for adjusting or investigating auto claims assigned to them; (2) maintaining a current diary of the claims assigned to them consistent with the Company's tracking software platform; (3) returning all telephone calls and email messages within a 24 hour period and ensuring they abide by the Company's client service standards; (4) the timely adjusting/investigation of auto claims assigned to them; (5) abiding by Company policies while working with and carrying out the directives of the Company's management team; and (6) working respectfully and productively with all Company colleagues.
