Do you have at least 2 years of insurance sales experience and looking for a remote sales position?

Looking to join a team that cares about their team members, the client vs. the sale and reputation in the community?

We are an elite agent with three offices and growing! We are looking to add TWO energetic sales team members to the team. Licensed to write in IN and IL.


We want a highly motivated and convincing job seeker interested in continuing their career with Allstate through a remote position, but still having the local agent feel. Leads vary from local inbound, mailers, paid leads as well as self generating through promoting our referral program and social media. Cold calling on requotes and winbacks still a high close source as we focus on rapport at all stages!


This sales position offers a competitive salary rate plus lucrative commission structure. We are looking to help YOU succeed and grow in this industry as our next sales representative.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through mailers, data leads, marketing tactics as well as CRM leads database, referrals, and cold-calling.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and goals.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Create client relationships with follow-up phone calls.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of Sales experience
  • Current Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Highly motivated, independent self-starter.
  • Coachable, sales-minded professional.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Life licenses a plus but not required. Required to uncover life/retirement opportunities
