Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relocation Coordinator to join our team in our Madison, WI corporate office. This key role will coordinate the relocation process for incoming and/or outgoing clients. Assigns a sales agent to the transaction and performs a variety of administrative activities to ensure a superior client experience. Maintains relationships with agents, corporate relocation contacts and partners. Handles running and creating department reports as needed.
This is a hybrid role, working in office 2-3 days per week, working 30 hours/week Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Post secondary education preferred.

Experience:
  • Two plus years of related experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of relocation, real estate, title and/or mortgage business strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Basic proficiency of social media engagement and posting practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a strong customer service focus.
  • Effective analytical, problem solving and decision making skills; initiative, attention to detail, and a team player.
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
