  • Strong pipeline management and sales strategy skills
  • Tech‑savvy mindset and data‑driven approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivation, discipline, and competitive drive
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory
  • Residence in-or willingness to relocate to the Milwaukee or Madison, WI area - this role will serve both locations
What You Get in Return
  • Competitive base salary + commission ($100,000+ earning potential)
  • Weekly pay
  • Health, Dental & Vision benefits
(Effective the 1st of the month after 30 days)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
  • Ongoing training, development, and advancement opportunities
  • A company that rewards performance and promotes from within
Why S&K?

Because this isn't just a sales job-it's a chance to own your success, grow your career, and be part of a team that's scaling nationwide. Big goals. Big earning potential. Big future.
