About this Plant Manager role:

As Plant Manager, you will oversee operations, empower your team, and optimize processes for efficiency and excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to inspire, hold people accountable, and foster collaboration will be key to success.

Minimum Qualifications We’re Looking For:

· At least 7 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Superintendent in the wood industry, specifically Plywood manufacturing

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or at least 15 years of relevant industry experience

· Strong financial acumen with expertise in operational budgeting

· A proven track record in wood manufacturing, preferably plywood, OSB, or EWP

· Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus!

· Exceptional leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
