Responsibilities
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify patterns, trends, insights, and opportunities that support business decisions.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and other analytical deliverables that help leaders understand performance and take action.
  • Use data, analytics, and metrics to evaluate business processes, identify risks or opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear written, verbal, and presentation-based insights for department leaders and business clients.
  • Produce actionable reports that highlight key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and support root-cause analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, user needs, current processes, and the decisions the analysis needs to support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–5+ years of professional experience, including experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in an analytics-related role.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience performing analytics work.
  • Experience conducting research, applying statistical techniques, developing reports, or building analytical solutions that support business decisions and outcomes.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, Microsoft Excel, SPSS, R, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data insights clearly to business stakeholders.
