The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Food Service Managerto our [Segment] team in [City]. As a food service manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee food quality, preparation, and production while training and managing a team of foodservice professionals.

What you'll be doing:
  • Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams. 
  • Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service. 
  • Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner. 
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees. 
What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • At least two years' experience in a supervisory role. 
  • At least two years' foodservice experience. 
  • Proven track record of financial responsibility. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • ServSafe Manager certification.
