Job description

What You'll Do

As our Director of Project Management, you are the connective tissue of our entire commercialization engine, the person who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to the complex, cross-functional work of getting great products to market faster. Reporting to the Vice President of Project Management, you will have broad organizational authority and the mandate to build and lead a best-in-class commercialization process from task to framework.

  • Architect the commercialization process - Design, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive, scalable go-to-market framework that aligns Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service and Operations around shared timelines, milestones, and accountability.
  • Own the plan - Build and maintain crystal-clear project timelines in ClickUp, ensuring every task, dependency, and handoff across all departments is visible, tracked, and on schedule.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment - Serve as the central hub between all departments, proactively clarifying priorities, resolving competing demands, and ensuring every team is moving in the same direction at the right time.
  • Accelerate speed to market - Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the product launch lifecycle and lead the charge to eliminate them compressing timelines without compromising quality or readiness.
  • Master risk - Anticipate roadblocks before they materialize, develop contingency plans, and communicate changes with calm confidence to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Champion clarity - Run focused, energizing cross-functional meetings, deliver concise status updates, and keep all partners consistently informed and aligned.
  • Optimize the engine - Apply Lean and BPM principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and elevate how Trove Brands brings products to life across every function.
  • Inspire momentum - Model positivity and composure under pressure, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and bring a "let's-do-this" energy that keeps teams motivated through complex, high-stakes launches.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that shipped on time and on budget consumer products or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building or overhauling commercialization, product launch, or go-to-market processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent with modern PM tools especially ClickUp and skilled at designing scalable, intuitive workflows that teams across functions will actually use.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without losing focus or attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity for audiences ranging from factory partners to executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence driving alignment and accountability across teams you don't directly manage.
  • High emotional intelligence and the interpersonal skills to build trust quickly across Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service and Operations
  • Comfortable working on-site (5 days/week) in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
