The Opportunity

In this role you will:ย 

  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clientsย 
  • Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flowย 
  • Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadershipย 
  • Oversee the capital planning process for new projectsย 
  • Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetingsย 
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risksย

This is a full time on site role in Michigan City, Indianaย 

The salary range for this role is between $126,000 and $163,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education
