  • Significant experience leading programming, creative development, or original content strategy for a digital platform, streaming service, studio, media company, or creator business.
  • A track record of overseeing multiple productions or programming initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience developing unscripted, entertainment, or creator-led content from concept through launch.
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to identify formats, talent, and ideas that resonate with audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with production, product, marketing, analytics, and executive stakeholders.
  • A data-informed approach to creative decision-making, using audience insights to guide programming strategy.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a creative vision.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments where priorities shift and new opportunities emerge.
  • Passion for digital entertainment, creator culture, and building category-defining programming.
