Define the next generation of creator-led programming.Overview

Beast Industries is building a growing direct-to-consumer content business with an expanding portfolio of original programming. As Head of Programming, you'll define the creative vision, programming strategy, and content roadmap that shapes the member experience and drives long-term engagement.

Reporting to the GM and President, Beast Studios, you oversee a portfolio of original programming-from flagship series and recurring formats to creator partnerships and our growing content library. You'll shape what gets made, how our slate evolves, and how programming drives long-term member engagement.

This is a senior creative leadership role for someone who has successfully built and managed programming across digital platforms, streaming services, studios, or premium entertainment brands. Working closely with Production, Talent, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and executive leadership, you'll guide programming from concept through launch while continually evolving the slate through audience insights, creative vision, and business priorities.

What You'll Do
  • Define the programming vision and long-term content strategy across our growing portfolio of original content.
  • Build and manage a diversified slate of original programming across multiple formats and genres.
  • Identify new series, recurring formats, creator partnerships, and programming opportunities that strengthen the platform.
  • Oversee creative development from concept through greenlight, ensuring ideas align with audience needs and business goals.
  • Partner with Production to successfully launch programming while maintaining creative quality and execution standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Audience, and executive leadership to inform programming decisions through audience insights and performance data.
  • Develop programming roadmaps that balance flagship launches, recurring series, evergreen content, and library strategy.
  • Build relationships with creators, production partners, agencies, and industry talent to expand programming opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate content performance and evolve the slate based on audience behavior, retention, and engagement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing programming organization as the platform grows.
What You'll Bring
  • Significant experience leading programming, creative development, or original content strategy for a digital platform, streaming service, studio, media company, or creator business.
  • A track record of overseeing multiple productions or programming initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience developing unscripted, entertainment, or creator-led content from concept through launch.

The annual base salary range for this role is $170,000-$230,000, in addition to eligibility for an annual bonus, an equity grant under the company's employee equity plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.
