About the Role
The Programming Manager will define and deliver QR’s curated calendar of experiences, events, cultural moments, and wellness. This role plays a key part in shaping the brand beyond travel—creating meaningful, memorable connections for members.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept and execute signature programming across travel, culture, and lifestyle
  • Build partnerships with cultural institutions, creators, and brands
  • Develop programming themes aligned with QR’s brand and audience
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of experiences and events
  • Collaborate with marketing to amplify programming initiatives
  • Ensure quality, exclusivity, and relevance across all offerings

Salary
$90,000 – $120,000
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Incentive Plan—an initiative that rewards our profitability, overall success, and your individual contributions.
