โ€ข Ensure consistent execution across US-based and globally distributed delivery teams

โ€ข Own program financials including budget, forecast accuracy, change control, and cost governance
โ€ข Manage scope, schedule, quality, and risk to meet committed delivery outcomes

โ€ข Act as the primary accountable leader for senior Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders
โ€ข Lead executive forums including SteerCos, QBRs, and MBRs
โ€ข Drive alignment and decision-making across business units, functions, and geographies
โ€ข Manage Digital Thread platform vendors and system integrators to ensure contractual and delivery commitments are met
โ€ข Support sales and account teams by shaping execution-focused program plans and delivery models
Value Realization & Outcomes
โ€ข Define and track program-level KPIs tied to engineering efficiency, cycle time, data quality, reuse, productivity, quality, and cost
โ€ข Ensure delivered Digital Thread capabilities translate into realized business value, not just technical go-live
โ€ข Identify opportunities to de-risk, accelerate, or optimize execution throughout the program lifecycle
People & Delivery Capability Leadership
โ€ข Lead and mentor program managers, project managers, solution leads, and workstream owners
โ€ข Build a high-accountability delivery culture focused on transparency, ownership, and outcomes
