Job description

About Hope Clinic for Women (HCW)
Located in beautiful Fallbrook, California, Hope Clinic for Women (HCW) is a licensed Christian, nonprofit women’s pro-life primary care medical clinic and pregnancy resource center. For over 25 years, HCW has provided free, safe, confidential, and compassionate medical care that promotes sexual health and whole-person well-being. Since 2001, we have walked alongside women and families by offering pregnancy resources, education, and referrals—empowering young moms throughout pregnancy and up to two years after the birth of their child.

This is more than a leadership role—it is an opportunity to shape the future of a life-affirming ministry and make a lasting impact in our community.

About the Role
The Executive Director provides spiritual and strategic leadership to staff, volunteers, and supporters while advancing the mission and vision of HCW. Working closely with the Board of Directors, you will guide long- and short-term organizational goals and represent HCW throughout the community to expand client outreach, volunteer engagement, and financial support.

Schedule:** Part-Time (32 hours weekly)

Key Responsibilities
Spiritual & Team Leadership: Act as the spiritual leader for a dedicated team, directly overseeing the Nurse Manager, Program Services Director and Director of Operations/Bookkeeper.
Fundraising & Development: Actively engage in donor cultivation, grant research and writing, and building key community and church partnerships.
Board Collaboration: Partner with the Board of Directors to execute strategic organizational goals and ensure financial stewardship.
Community Relations: Represent HCW throughout the local area to increase clinic visibility, volunteer recruitment, and financial support.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
Education: A college degree or equivalent experience in administration, nonprofit leadership, or management.
Experience: Proven experience in fundraising development, donor relations, and nonprofit operations.
Communication: Strong writing, research, and reporting skills (grant writing experience is highly preferred).
Technical Comfort: Comfort with social media engagement, basic website oversight, and standard nonprofit software.
Mission Alignment: A mature Christian faith with a deep heart for serving women and families in a Christ-centered, life-affirming environment.
