EquipmentShare is seeking a Regional Operations Manager-Site Solutions Megasites to oversee the operational performance, growth, and strategic execution of multiple Megasite locations. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who excels at developing teams, driving operational excellence, supporting large-scale construction projects, and partnering with customers to deliver world-class equipment rental and jobsite solutions.

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for the Site Solutions offerings at Megasite locations, ensuring consistency in execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and safety while supporting new site launches, business growth, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership for multiple Megasite locations
  • Partner with customers, project leadership, and internal stakeholders to establish efficient onsite rental operations that support project success.
  • Support the launch, transition, and long-term operational success of new Megasite locations.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team.
  • Establish and maintain operational standards, safety expectations, and best practices across all assigned locations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, equipment utilization, fleet management, and operational efficiency.
  • Review and analyze profit and loss performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, customer satisfaction, safety performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Service, Fleet, Operations, and Regional Leadership to support strategic customer initiatives and long-term business growth.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews, site visits, and leadership coaching sessions for assigned locations.
  • Assist with customer escalations and develop solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with EquipmentShare policies, OSHA regulations, and all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate operational performance, customer feedback, business opportunities, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

Skills & Qualifications 
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in equipment rental, project management, construction, industrial services, or a related industry.
  • Multi-site operations leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction projects, equipment rental operations, and jobsite support services.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing operational leaders.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L performance, and operational metrics.
  • Deep familiarity with construction environments, contractor operations, and project logistics.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and construction industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ability to stay continuously educated on EquipmentShare products, services, and technology solutions.
Travel Requirements
  • Nationwide travel required (approximately 50-75%).
  • Regular visits to Megasite locations.
  • Nationwide travel to support strategic initiatives, customer projects, leadership meetings, and new site launches.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like to work safely at elevated heights.
  • Spend extended periods sitting, standing, walking, and traveling throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work safely in active construction, industrial, and outdoor environments.
