Grand Haven Ford, part of the Preferred Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department in one of West Michigan’s most respected automotive communities.

Preferred Automotive Group has been serving West Michigan for decades, building long-standing relationships with customers, employees, and the communities we serve. Our Grand Haven location is known for its loyal customer base, strong local reputation, and positive working environment.

We are looking for a leader who values professionalism, teamwork, customer service, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily service department operations

  • Support and develop service advisors and technicians

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and department performance

  • Ensure efficient scheduling and repair order management
