Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure. 

Responsibilities 
  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls
  • Excellent skills in PestPac and Workwave
  •  Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Generate sales leads and schedule service calls based on customer and technician availability
  • Process payments and resolve billing concerns
  •  Maintaining records via internal system for accuracy with a focus on details
  • Provide general quotes for service requests and timely follow-up on inquiries
  • Stay informed about industry trends, company policies, and new products
  • Support special reports and projects as needed 
  •  Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
  • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Meet personal and team quotas
  • Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred 
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management software

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
